GENERAL
The proposed building will be built on reinforced concrete foundation platform and is made of steel columns and modular wall frames.
The prefabricated roof trusses are then positioned above the columns with approximately 2 m intervals and connected with rafters
to be topped with roof covering.
STRUCTURAL DATA
The building is planned for
- Roof load of 75 kg/ mē
- Wind load of 94 kg/ mē
FOUNDATION
The foundation should be a reinforced concrete platform (We will provide foundation design upon contract award)
FLOORING
Heavy duty PVC flooring 2.5mm thick, light grey color, chemical resistant will be provided
EXTERIOR WALLS
Construction: Exterior wall frames are constructed from galvanised cold shaped U profile columns and cold shaped
galvanized U profile frames. The wall frame is covered with material for preventing cold bridge.
Exterior Face: The exterior face are finished with 0.50 mm RAL9002 color coated trapezoidal galvanized steel outer
facing (CORUS-YASAN). It is tested according to BS EN 3900 thickness standard and according to ECCA T2 halfmat , flexible ,
adhesive standards. Inside of exterior cladding, vapor barrier will be provided.
Interior Face: The interior face is finished with 8 mm thick cementboard.
Insulation: 80 mm thick glasswool heat insulation (aluminium foil covered one side) is inserted into the panel cavity.
Fixing to ground: The columns are fixed to the ground by dowels.
INTERIOR WALLS
Construction: Interior wall frames are constructed from galvanised U profile columns and cold shaped galvanized U
profile frames.
Wall Faces: Both faces are finished with 8 mm thick cementboard.
Insulation: 50 mm thick glasswool sound insulation (aluminium foil covered one side) is inserted into the panel cavity.
Fixing to ground::The columns are fixed to the ground by dowels.
ROOFING
0,50 mm thick RAL9002 painted galvanised steel outer faceing, 0,40 mm thick RAL9002 painted galvanised steel inner faceing,
50 mm thick polyurethane insulated in core sandwich panel roof covering is mounted on galvanised steel rafters.
The steel rafters are mounted on galvanised steel roof trusses. Rainwater gutters and down spouts are not included.
SUSPENDED CEILING
9.5 mm thick gypsum board suspended ceiling faced with vinyl-based white colored wallpaper is mounted below the lower members
of the galvanised steel roof trusses. Above the suspended ceiling 100 mm thick glasswool heat insulation (aluminium foil covered one side)
will be provided. Above insulation, vapor barrier will be provided.
EXTERIOR DOORS
The exterior doorframes are powder painted bent-steel sheets in 1.20 mm thickness. 0.70 mm thick powder painted galvanized steel
sheet covered exterior door wings consist of honeycomp placed wooden skeletons. Cylindirical type locks will be used for exterior doors.
The colors of exterior doors are RAL9002.
INTERIOR DOORS
The interior doorframes are RAL9002 powder painted bent-steel sheets in 1.20 mm thickness. Wooden interior door wings will be used.
The colors of interior doors are similar to RAL7047. As a general rule, wc/shower lock type will be used in the wet areas,
in the other areas, cylindrical type lock will be used for interior doors.
WINDOWS
Standard type windows are 800x1000 mm dimensioned, 4+12+4 mm double-glazed and transom type inwards opening white
colored PVC frames.
Band type windows are 800x450 mm dimensioned, 4+12+4 mm double-glazed and transom type inwards opening white colored PVC frames.
Insect screens will be provided for operable windows.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
All buildings will be equipped with polypropylene fresh water piping and PVC wastewater piping only within the building area.
As specified on the drawings, bbuildings will be provided with:
- White ceramic washbasin 40 X 50 cm with mixer, 45x60 cm mirror, chrome plated liquid soap dispenser,
- White ceramic western type closet unit, complete with plastic closet cover, chrome plated toilet paper holder,
- acrylic shower 80x80 cm r with shower curtain, showerhead and corner type shampoo holder, double hook/hanger.
- Ceramic urinal with faucets and together with white ceramic separators
- Water heaters of 80 litres (toilets kitchenette rooms with share bathroom), 300 litres (common ablutions) and
1500 litres (kitchen)
- A/C units, split type with heat pump 12000 BTU (offices rooms etc) and 24000 BTU
(dining room electrical substation)
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Electrical installation will be in accordance with US Standards and 3 phase 120/208V-60Hz (according to ULC regulation)
One Main electrical panel with earth leakage current breaker and thermic-magnetic circuit breakers will be installed on each building.
For lighting circuit 2x1.5mm2 and 3x1.5mm2, for socket circuits 3x2.5mm2 sized NYM cables will be used.
Wiring will be flush installed on the ceiling, surface installed and concealed within PVC cable ducts on the wall.
Interior lighting will be provided by means of 2x18W and 4x18W fluorescent lighting fixtures with prismatic diffuser cover and
standard magnetic ballast.
Illumination level will be 300 lux(min.) at office areas, and 150lux(min).
Round type incandescent lighting fixtures will be installed at toilet-shower areas.
One weatherproof lighting fixture will be mounted above each external door outside.
On each area, adequate number of US type power sockets will be installed.
On office areas, adequate number of telephone sockets (RJ11) will be installed.
Copper clad rod 1.5m length and 16mm2 grounding conductor will be installed.
External grounding, site lighting, UPS installation and external installation works are not included.
