There is a composite floor at the bottom. A layer of 0.50 mm thick flat galvanized steel is covered with 80 mm thick glasswool heat insulation between the joists. The joists are topped with 18 mm thick cement board or 18 mm chipboard and finished with 1,5 mm thick heterogen PVC with 0,30 mm protection layer.
Sandwich wall panels are composed of 0,50 mm thick coil coated, flat galvanized steel outer facing and 8 mm thick laminated chipboard inner facing with 60 mm thick polystyrene insulation in core. 8 mm thick cement board or water resistant chipboard will be used for wet areas.
Roof structure has solid steel mainframe. The roof structure cavity is filled with 100 mm thick glass wool insulation. Exterior roof covering is 0,55 mm thick, trapezoidal-sectioned galvanized steel. Interior surface of the roof panel (ceiling) is covered with 8 mm thick laminated chipboard. The joints of ceiling are finished with omega profiles.
The exterior doorframes are powder painted bent-steel sheets in 1.20 mm thickness. 0.70 mm thick powder painted galvanized steel sheet covered exterior door wings consist of honeycomp placed wooden skeletons. Cylindirical type locks will be used for exterior doors.
Standart type windows are 800x1000 mm dimensioned, 4+12+4 mm double-glazed and transom type inwards opening white coloured PVC frames. Band type windows are 800x450 mm dimensioned, 4+12+4 mm double-glazed and transom type inwards opening white coloured PVC frames.

Electrical installation will be in accordance with European Standards and 3 phase 400/230V-50Hz. 1ea. electrical panel with earth leakage current breaker and thermic-magnetic circuit breakers will be installed. For lighting circuit 2x1.5mm2 and 3x1.5mm2, for socket circuits 3x2.5mm2 sized NYM cables will be used. Wiring will be surface installed and concealed within PVC cable ducts on the wall. Interior lighting will be provided by means of batten type fluorescent lighting fixtures with standard magnetic ballasts. Illumination level will be 300lux (min.) at office areas, 150lux(min.) at living areas. Round type incandescent lighting fixtures will be installed at WC-shower areas. 1ea. weatherproof lighting fixture will be mounted above the external door outside. Adequate number of European type (DIN norm) power sockets will be installed. At office areas, adequate number of data+telephone sockets (RJ45+RJ11) will be installed. 1.5m length copper clad rod and 16mm2 grounding conductor will be provided. Infrastructure,external grounding,power outlet, shaver socket, site lighting, telephone installation, UPS installation, TV installation, data installation and external installation works are not included.
